• NO Outside food and/or beverages/containers/cans/bottles of all shapes and sizes.
• NO Spectator cameras with a removable lens unless spectator has an event issued media credential.
• NO Alcohol purchased outside of the event
• NO Drugs and/or Drug paraphernalia
• NO Coolers or beverage containers (i.e. Hydroflask, Nalgene, beer mugs etc.)
• NO Folding / lawn chairs
• NO Air Horns
• NO Laser pointers
• NO Illegal or unauthorized vending
• NO unauthorized unmanned aerial systems (UAS)
• NO Animals (except service animals assisting those with disabilities)
• NO Firearms allowed pursuant to A.R.S. section 4-229
• NO Fireworks, explosives, dangerous weapons including any type of edged weapon to include knives, impact weapons, electric pulse weapons are prohibited.
• NO Roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, long boards, “Razor” style boards, Segway personal transports, or any other self-propelled device (except that the following are allowed: a. One person electric/handicapped convenience vehicles; and b. Other Personal Disability Mobility Devices, such as Segways, when required because of the individual’s mobility disability and when operated in a safe manner)
• NO Bicycles inside the festival (all bicycles must remain inside the bike corral)
• NO Flags, Banners, any type of pole and non-approved commercial and non-commercial signage.
• NO Sticks, rods, bars or poles over one foot in length whether freestanding or attached to other objects.
• NO Selfie sticks
• NO Aerosol products / Aerosol cans
• NO Shopping Carts
• NO Soliciting
• NO Pedicabs

Allowed Items:

• YES Lederhosen, Dirndls, and/or any other German / Bavarian outfits
• YES All Ages Welcome
• YES Fanny Packs / Hip Bags
• YES Dancing Shoes
• YES Small blankets
• YES Sunscreen lotion (non aerosol, non-flammable)
• YES Strollers
• YES Hats
• YES Digital/Point & Shoot Cameras (lens ≤ 6”)

Other items that in the judgment of security pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of an event by other patrons.

Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. List is subject to change without notice.

All prohibited items surrendered during the search process will be disposed of and will not be returned.

Prohibited items discovered during security inspections at the gates must be either returned to the owner’s vehicle or discarded. No safekeeping locations will be provided at the event.

By attending the event you hereby agree to allow your photograph, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers and or assigns.
